RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, email us at info@alexandervineyard.co.nz. We will arrange to pick up the remaining unopened bottles as well as the bottle you are unhappy with. We will test the wines and, if faulty, will replace your order in full. Please note, this must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
PRICES
All prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (currently at 15%).
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
“Alexander & Finucane Vineyards Limited” will appear on cardholder statements for any credit card transactions made through this website. Your account will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders over 12 bottles are delivered free in New Zealand. A small charge of $10 is made for smaller orders. Please contact us for deliveries outside of New Zealand.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All deliveries within New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door. The courier will require a signature upon delivery (to comply with the Sale of Alcohol act 2012). If no one is home, he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the Courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. Special delivery instructions will need to be given at the time of ordering, eg. come to back door. We take no responsibility for loss of goods once delivered.
Any shortages or breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours, by email info@alexandervineyard.co.nz and quoting your receipt number. Please Note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery: Until a signature is obtained.
SUPPLY OF LIQUOR TO MINORS
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
The information you supply to Alexander Vineyard when placing an order is stored, and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that order, i.e. for processing your order, allowing delivery and to allow us to contact you in relation to the order if that is necessary, and for maintaining our own transaction records. We do not routinely use your information to direct market, nor do we sell or rent the information to any third party. Credit Card processing is managed and processed by Payment Express on its own secure server. Credit Card details are not held by Alexander Vineyard and cannot be accessed by Alexander Vineyard staff.
